I’ve started a bit of a winter trend and for the past two weeks we have been having a Sunday roast. I made roast chicken and used up all the vegetables in our fridge to make a big tray of rainbow veggies. I had to smile as the new olive oil I bought from Japsers & Co. fit right in! Next time I will need to buy olives and purple broccoli for sure!
